The conclusion of the training of community committees in the province of Aden - Lahj.

FOR ALL FOUNDATION  concluded the Training of community committees in the governorate of Aden (Al-Sira-Tawahi) and Lahj (Tibn-Tora Al Baha) to identify 500 beneficiaries in all targeted areas under the government-funded conflict recovery project in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) which will continue until january 2019.

Mr. Sabah Al-Badri and Mr. Mohammed Al-Dabwani trained the committees on selection criteria and how to deal with the beneficiaries at the time of the interviews and how to deal with the forms of selection of beneficiaries. The trainers trained the committees on some of the concepts related to the interviewing committee such as neutrality and impartiality when conducting  the interview with the beneficiary.

The project manager, Mr. Mohammed Majid Salem, pointed to the importance of the role of community committees in interviews and selection of the right target group according to the criteria set for the success of the project and the achievement of the objectives set. And reach the desired impact.

He also expressed his thanks and appreciation for the efforts made by local councils and management actors to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
